What is the Community Plan?
As part of the major effort to create a Countywide Plan, San Bernardino County is working with residents, businesses, and organizations to develop the Bloomington Community Plan. The community plan will set forth the community’s priorities for actions, investments, and public policies that are most important for Bloomington to continue growing into the type of community that current and future residents desire. This web page provides information about the community plan process and offers opportunities for residents to share their opinions and to get involved.
