What is the Communities Plan?

As part of the major effort to create a Countywide Plan, San Bernardino County is working with residents, businesses, and organizations to develop the Pioneertown Communities Plan.

The Communities Plan sets forth the Communities’ values and aspirations, and provides an action plan to help Pioneertown continue to grow into the type of community that current and future residents desire. The action plan places a focus on self-reliance, grass-roots action, and implementation, allowing the Communities to take the lead in moving actions forward.

Goals, policies, land use, and infrastructure decisions will be addressed in the Policy Plan of the Countywide Plan.
